摘要 The heterotrimeric G protein complex composed of Gα, Gβ, and Gγ subunits serves as one of the key signal transducers in eukaryotes. In animals, heterotrimeric G proteins are activated by G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that perceive various extracellular sianals.
