摘要
对红锥种子采用98%浓度的浓硫酸浸种处理,设置不同的浸种时间,观测种子出土及苗木生长情况,获得最佳浸种处理时间,此时出苗率高、苗木整齐、质量好,为红锥育苗提供新的方法。
The seed of Castanopsis hystrix was soaked with 98% sulfuric acid at different times, and the seed emergence and seedling growth were observed, then the optimal soaking time was obtained. At this stage, the germination rate was higher and the seedling quality was superior by this method. The experiment provides a new method for raising seedlings of Cas- tanopsis hystrix.
