摘要
目的:研制一种智慧健身教练系统,让使用者可以随时随地享受教练服务,达到科学健身效果。方法:通过实验收集17位自愿者的哈佛登阶(HST)与脚踏车数据,建立不同心肺耐力等级人群(状况分布为不好1人、稍差3人、普通3人、尚好3人、很好7人)运动强度(脚踏车转速)与心跳模型,实现通过目标心跳推算运动强度;并通过理论推导构建音乐速度与运动强度模型,实现以调节音乐速度来控制运动强度;最终结合穿戴式设备、移动智能平台以及Web技术,设计智慧健身教练系统。结果:各人群选择自身对应的运动心跳模型,在不同运动强度下心跳预测效果优于通用模型预测。测试者使用本系统参加实际健身时,各阶段的心跳都被很好地控制在预先设定的目标区域内。结论:本文研制的教练系统可以有效地帮助使用者达到科学健身的效果。
Objective: A smart coach system is designed to let users freely enjoy coaching services and scientifi cally achieve fi tness. Methods: To establish the models which were used to calculate exercise intensity through target heart rate, the data of Harvard-step-test and bicycle experiments of 17 volunteers were collected and specifi c sport heart-rate models were established for different group(separated into five levels base on cardiorespiratory endurance, 1 in bad level, 3 in less-ordinary level, 3 in ordinary level, 3 in good level, 7 in extremely good level). The Music-sport model also has been built by theoretical derivation, to achieve exercise intensity control by adjusting the music tempo. Finally, we designed a smart coach system, that combined wearable devices, mobile intelligence platform and web technology. Results: The specifi c sport heart-rate model was more effective in calculating exercise intensity, through target heart rate, than the average sport heart-rate model. In practical verifi cation, subject heart rate was well controlled within the target scale among each phrase. Conclusion: This coach system can effectively help users achieve scientifi c fi tness results.
