摘要
二化螟是水稻上的重要害虫,对水稻生产造成巨大经济损失。然而,现在的防治方法难以有效控制该害虫为害。本试验选取38个东北稻区种植较为广泛的水稻品种和8个杂草稻品种为研究对象,采用活体成株鉴定法对这些品种进行抗螟性鉴定。田间鉴定结果显示,46个水稻品种中,有1个高抗品种,3个抗性品种,13个中抗品种、15个耐虫品种、12个感虫品种和2个高感品种。室内鉴定结果表明,14个代表品种中1个抗性品种、1个中抗品种、5个耐虫品种、5个感虫品种、2个高感品种。田间和室内鉴定结果共同表明,品种1688、1654具有明显抗螟性。
Chilo suppressalis(Walker), commonly known as the striped stem borer, had greatly reduced rice production.However, current control methods cannot effectively control this pest. In this study, 38 main rice varieties which were largely cultivated in the northeast of China and 8 varieties of weedy rice were selected to determine their resistance to C. suppressalis using artificial infestation. Field experiment suggested that there were 1, 3, 13, 15, 12 and 2 rice varieties, which were determined as high resistant, resistant, middle resistant, tolerant, susceptible and high susceptible varieties respectively. Experiments in greenhouse selected 1 resistant variety, 1 middle resistant one, 5 tolerant ones, 5 susceptible ones and 2 high susceptible ones. In summary, 1688 and 1654 showed resistance to striped stem borers both indoor and outdoor.
