The economic fundamentals for China＇s long-term growth are positive, but a careful eye needs to be kept on the downward pressure and risks in the short term. Premier Li Keqiang statedin his speech at the Summer Davos that ＂Chinas economy has strong resilience.＂ The reasons for the economic fluctuations are twofold： on the one hand, Chinas economy is in a new normal of moving toward medium-and high-end manufacturing.
