摘要
提出了一种δ形缺陷地结构和缺陷微带结构,分析了这种结构的谐振特性,并基于这种结构设计了双频带带阻滤波器。双频带带阻滤波器的阻带中心频率可以通过调整δ缺陷结构的长度实现独立控制;带阻滤波器的带宽可以通过调节缺陷结构的缝隙宽度实现独立控制。阻带外的反射零点改善了滤波器的选择性。仿真结果显示,带阻滤波器具有较好的抑制信号能力。
A compactδ-shape defect structure is proposed. The resonant characteristics ofδ-shape defected microstrip structure(DMS) and δ-shape defected ground structure(DGS) are analyzed and discussed. Based onδ-shape DGS andδ-shape DMS,a miniaturized dual-band band-stop filter is presented. The band-stop frequency center of the proposed band-stop filter can be independently adjusted by changing the length of theδ-shape defected structure. The bandwidth of stop-band can be independently adjusted by changing the slot width and gap distance. The proposed band-stop filter has three reflection zeros out of the stop-band which can improve the performance of the band-stop filter. The simulated results show that the filter can suppress the unwanted signals.
