高频手术器的EFT抗扰设计

摘要 针对高频手术器在电快速瞬变脉冲群试验中出现的问题,分析了电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰的特点,提出采用高频滤波电容和电感组成高频滤波器,配合电压瞬态抑制二极管(TVS)和压敏电阻改进交流回路的滤波结构,增强对电源高频干扰的抑制能力。通过优化布局和布线,减少各回路之间的影响。试验结果表明,施加改进措施后的高频手术器通过了电快速瞬变脉冲群的测试要求。 In view of the problems happened in the test of electrical fast transient pulse for high frequency surgical equipment,the characteristics of electrical fast transient pulse are analyzed. A high frequency filter composed of high frequency filter capacitor and inductance is applied to the equipment with transient voltage suppressor diode(TVS) and voltage dependent resistor(VDR) in order to improve the filter structure for alternate current loop. By optimizing the layout and wiring,the influence between each circuits is diminished. The test result shows that by applying the improved high frequency surgical equipment,it can meet the requirements of electrical transient bursts.
