摘要
"青藏高原社区畜牧业科技项目"是在十一世班禅大师积极倡导下设立的,是"十二五"国家公益性行业(农业)科研专项项目之一,简称为"班禅项目"。本研究采用接受技术模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM),对青海省项目实施的作用进行感知分析,判断项目实施对畜牧业发展和社区藏族居民生活的提高作用。研究结果显示,社区藏族居民对"班禅项目"有用性的认可度很高,抽样"满意"度达到了96.7%,说明了"班禅项目"对当地生态畜牧业发展和对当地藏族同胞福利的改善起到了积极作用。同时,居民对项目易用性的"满意"度为78.5%,说明项目技术分享和技术推广等方面还有提升空间。本研究有助于项目实施和推广效果的提升。
The "Tibetan Plateau Community Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Project"is promoted by the 11 th Panchen Lama in 2011,which is termed"Panchen Project"in abbreviation.The project reflects the patriotism and the concern about compatriots of the 11 th Panchen Lama.In the current study,Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)was utilized to assess the effects of the project.The demonstration area in Qinghai Province was taken as an example.Results indicate that the project can effectively enhance and improve the animal husbandry development and community resident's welfare in local region.A high degree of"satisfy"(96.7%)in PU(perceived of use)indicates the positive effect from the"Panchen project"in promoting the development of animal husbandry and improving the welfare of Tibetan area.Relative low degree of"satisfy"(78.5%)in PEOU(perceived easy of use)indicates there is still room for improvement in technology sharing and promotion.
