摘要
大型炼钢厂转炉高层框架平台系统较为复杂,结构设计尤为重要。根据实际工程,以某钢厂300t转炉高层框架平台为例,详细阐述转炉高层框架平台结构设计的要点、特点以及设计中应注意的问题。提出荷载分级取值法,对高层框架平台的主、次梁分别进行计算,最终确定其最为经济、合理的断面形式和大小。
The high-rise frame platform of converter of large steel mill is very complex,so it is very important to design its structure.According to practical engineering,a steel mill building with high-rise frame platform of 300 t converter was taken as an example to elaborate the key points,characteristics and problems in the structural design in detail.The value method of load classification was put forward.Both main beam and secondary beam were calculated respectively.Finally,the most economical and reasonable cross-section form and size were determined.
