摘要
装配式建筑具有管理精简、现场湿作业少、建造周期短及环境保护效果明显等优点,尤其是在隔声、能耗、及空间使用面积等方面较传统施工的同类型建筑的可控性更强。现依托上海市某装配式住宅项目,介绍其建筑外墙板、内墙板、楼承板、屋面板的构造、特点及施工关键技术。
Prefabricated building has advantages of simple management,less on-site wet construction,short construction period and obvious effect of environmental protection and it has a stronger controllability especially with regard to the aspects of sound insulation,energy consumption and space utilization area compared with the same type of buildings with traditional construction.Based on a prefabricated residence project in Shanghai,this paper introduced the structures,characteristics and the key construction techniques of the external and internal wall panels,floor deck and the roof panel.
