盐城电视塔观光层悬挑结构施工过程模拟分析研究

摘要 盐城电视塔在标高114.450m高空4个方向设置悬挑13.40 m观光层,观光层通过空中环行走道连接。结构施工中利用标高114.450m"钢结构+空中环行走道+预应力临时拉索"形成的结构体系作为上部结构施工操作平台;通过有限元数值分析,提出施工过程控制的主要参数及其控制准则,根据力学模型对施工过程进行模拟计算,评价施工过程中结构的受力形态以及安全性。 The cantilever sightseeing platforms are set up in the Yancheng TV tower in four different directions,the elevation of the platform is 114.450 m,the cantilever length is 13.40 m,and the platforms are connected to the steel circular corridors.During the construction process,the cantilever platforms,the steel circular corridors and the temporary prestressed cables were employed to form the operating platform for the upper structure construction.Through the finite element numerical analysis,the main parameters and control principles of construction process control were proposed,the whole construction process was analyzed based on mechanical model,the stress state and security of the temporary platform in construction process was also evaluated.
