显微CT观察右归饮对鼠激素性股骨头坏死预防作用的实验研究

Experimental study on preventive effect of Yougui drink(右归饮 ) on femoral head necrosis in rats under micro CT

目的 :用显微CT观察右归饮对鼠激素性股骨头坏死的预防作用。方法 :将25只SD大鼠采用随机数字表分成激素组(A组)10只、右归饮组(B组)10只和正常对照组(C组)5只。A组和B组大鼠腹腔注射内毒素2 d后,每周臀肌注射2次甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠,持续6周;B组大鼠同时每日用中药右归饮灌胃,持续8周;C组不做任何处理。第10周处死25只大鼠,用显微CT扫描鼠离体股骨头,观察右归饮对鼠激素性股骨头坏死的预防作用。结果:A、B两组相比,BMD、BV/TV、Tb.N、Tb.Th、Tb.Sp、BS/TV、DA差异均有统计学意义,而SMI差异无统计学意义。A、C两组相比,BMD、BV/TV、Tb.N、Tb.Th、Tb.Sp、BS/TV、DA、SMI差异均有统计学意义。结论:从BMD、BV/TV、Tb.N、Tb.Th、Tb.Sp、BS/TV、DA指标可以观察出右归饮对鼠激素性股骨头坏死有一定的预防作用。

Objective：To explore the preventive effect of Yougui drink（右 归饮） on femoral head necrosis in rats under micro CT. Methods：Twenty five SD rats were divided into steroid hormone group（group A,10 rats）,Yougui drink（右归饮）group（group B,10 rats） and normal group（group C,5 rats）with random number table. Endotoxin were injected into abdominal cavity of rats in group A and B for 2 days,methylprednisolone sodium succinate were injected by gluteus for twice a week continued for 6 weeks;group B were gavaged by Yougui drink（右 归饮） everyday for 8 weeks; group C did not do any processing. All rats were killed on the 10 th weeks,micro CT were used to scan femoral head in vitro and preventive effect of Yougui drink（ 右 归饮） on femoral head necrosis in rats. Results：There was statistical significance in BMD,BV / TV,Tb.N,Tb,Th,Tb,Sp,BS / TV and DA,but no significance in SMI between group A and B. Comparison between A and C,there was significant meaning in BMD,BV / TV,Tb.N,Tb,Th,Tb,Sp,BS / TV,DA and SMI. Conclusion：Yougui drink（ 右 归饮） on femoral head necrosis in rats under micro CT has preventive effect from BMD,BV / TV,Tb.N,Tb,Th,Tb,Sp,BS / TV and DA.
