摘要
腐败作为世界性、历史性难题一直困扰着很多国家。在我国,腐败的惩治与预防关键在于推进反腐败法律制度的建设与运行,十八届四中全会在腐败惩治与预防的法律制度建设方面有了新突破并成为新节点,不断地探索创新为反腐败法律制度的建设提供动力,对廉政法治社会的形成及反腐败的法律机制的完善都起到了积极的作用。
Corruption,as a worldwide and historic problem,has been perplexing a lot of countries. In China,the key to the punishment and prevention of corruption is legal construction. The 4th plenary session of 18 thCPC Central Committee is a new node for the legal system construction punishing and preventing corruption,which provides constant power for the legal construction. This makes a positive drive for the formation of incorrupt government and legal society.
