我国劳动法治在历经沧桑之后,终于在新时期迎来发展盛世,取得了长足的进展。法治的基础是人才,劳动法教学以培养劳动法治人才为己任,因而,劳动法治体系建设的进展与需求对劳动法学及其教学既是机遇又是挑战。劳动法学借此契机,配合实施卓越法律人才培养计划,从宏观设计与微观措施两个层次加大教学改革,为我国劳动法治建设提供人才保障和智力支持。

After ups and downs for many years,the rule of labor law in China has made great progress in the new era. Talents are the foundation for legislation. The education of labor law aims to train professional talents. The development and need for the system of labor law is both an opportunity and challenge for the teaching of labor law. The opportunity should be caught to cooperate with the legal talent training plan. Education reform should be pushed forward at macro and micro levels to provide more support for China＇s labor law development.
