摘要
行政人员是我国高校行政管理队伍的主体,他们的职业素养和工作态度决定了高校的整体管理水平。加快转变高校行政职能,深化高校行政体制改革,构建服务型高校已成为时代赋予高校行政人员的重要使命。当前我国高校管理问题突出,行政人员职业倦怠现象严重,设想与现实构成了矛盾。因此,文章通过对我国高校行政人员职业倦怠现状的描述,分析了其产生的原因,并提出相应对策。
The administration staff is the main part of school management in the higher institutions,whose professional quality and attitude may determine the general level of school administration. To accelerate the functional change and promote the administrative reform has become an important mission for the administrators to construct service- oriented universities.The salient problem in Chinese colleges and universities is administrators' job burnout,which may be due to the conflicts between ideal and reality. The current situation of this phenomenon is described. Based on the cause analysis,solutions are proposed.
