摘要
由于汽轮机性能计算基准流量一般选择除氧器入口凝结水管道或高加组出口给水管道处的流量测量值,作为模型计算核心参数,其对计算结果的影响是1∶1的,为此文章引入除氧器入口高加组疏水流量冗余测量信息,建立给水、除氧器入口凝结水和高加组疏水3个流量两两间显式矩阵计算模型,提出了汽轮机性能计算基准流量数据在线检验方法,并通过对实际机组的计算,证明了该方法的有效性。
Generally,the base flow of the steam turbine performance calculation is the deaerator entrance condensate flow or outlet feed water of the high-pressure group,which are one to one impact on the result as the model to calculate the core parameters.Through the redundancy flow introduction of the drain of the high-pressure heater group of the deaerator entrance,the explicit matrix calculation is constructed with feed water flow,the deaerator entrance condensate flow and the drain of the highpressure heater group each other.The calibration method of base flow data online monitoring of steam turbine performance calculation is put forward.Through the real calculation of the unit,the validity of the model is proved.
