摘要
针对因复合绝缘子故障引起电网故障越来越多的问题,介绍选取不同端部结构的运行复合绝缘子,进行额定机械负荷耐受和机械破坏负荷试验,试验结果表明,内锲式复合绝缘子经过多年运行后仍有较大的机械强度;外锲式复合绝缘子随运行年限的增加机械强度下降较快;压接式复合绝缘子受生产过程的影响以及运行时间的影响,机械破坏负荷值分散性较大。
According to the problem of increasing power system fault caused by composite insulators fault,this paper proposes that several composite insulators of different end structure were selected to test the specified mechanical load and mechanical failing load.The results show that inner-wedged composite insulator still have higher mechanical strengthafter many years’ service;the mechanical strength of outer-wedged composite insulator is rapid decreased with the increase of operating years;influenced by the production process,the mechanical reliability of crimped composite insulator is poor.
