维生素D在骨代谢异常治疗中的多效性 被引量:2

摘要 维生素D是调节钙、磷和骨代谢平衡的重要激素。维生素D缺乏诱发继发性甲状旁腺激素(PTH)分泌增高,是骨质疏松症的病理生理机制之一。维生素D可增加肠道钙吸收,抑制PTH升高,增加骨矿化,防治骨质疏松,降低骨折发生率。同时,研究表明维生素D与肌肉功能相关,维生素D缺乏可导致身体平衡功能减退、肌力减退、肌少症,甚至导致肌肉衰竭综合征。
