BKP手术治疗老年人骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(BKP)治疗老年人骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的疗效。方法骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折并采用BKP进行治疗39例患者,45个椎体。骨折类型;新鲜骨折36例陈旧骨折未愈合3例。受伤至手术时间1~24 d,平均7.5 d。患者术前均行胸腰段X线片、MRI影像学评估术后复查X线片。记录术前、术后末次随访时患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、治疗满意程度及功能障碍情况。分别测量患者手术前后X线片的伤椎的前缘线(A line)、中线(M line)长度。结果 36例患者获得随访,随访时间为2~16个月,平均10个月。末次随访时VAS与术前差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对手术治疗满意22例基本满意10例,占患者总数的88.9%。Roland-Morris功能障碍问卷得分,无严重功能障碍患者。术前、术后的A line及M line长度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 BKP是治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体新鲜性骨折或者陈旧性不愈合有效方法,能够有效缓解疼痛,恢复椎体高度,降低Roland-Morris功能障碍评分。
