种植义齿与天然牙牙冠再修复联合进行咬重建的应用探讨

目的:探讨利用种植义齿和天然牙牙冠再修复的联合方式进行咬重建的修复治疗的相关事项。方法:收集从2006年1月至2015年1月到我院就诊的3例由于各种原因导致绝大多数后牙牙列缺失,伴缺失牙的对牙严重伸长,并咬对、余留牙咬面的严重磨耗且面下三分之一高度不足,但尚未发现有颞下颌关节疾患的患者,我科利用种植义齿及天然牙牙冠再修复联合方法为患者进行咬重建,恢复了患者牙列完整性、改善其咀嚼功能、恢复其面下三分之一高度、改善其美观性,还可以预防颞下颌关节疾病的发生。结果:通过在牙列缺失区进行种植义齿修复和天然牙牙冠再修复治疗为患者进行的咬重建,恢复了其丢失的咀嚼功能和美观功能,患者感到十分满意。结论:采用种植义齿和天然牙牙冠再修复联合方式为患者进行咬重建能很好的恢复患者的咀嚼功能、美观功能以及预防颞颌疾病的发生,临床效果好,值得大力推广。

Objective： To discuss matters related to the united way using implant and natural teeth crown repair repair treatment of occlusal reconstruction. Methods： Collected from January to 2006-2013 cases treated in september, due to various reasons after the vast majority teeth defect, with defect of teeth for jaw teeth and bite jaw, serious elongation for remain teeth the occlusal surface of the serious wear, surface 1/3 highly insufficient but has not yet been found in patients with temporomandibular joint disorders, our department use implant and natural teeth crown again repair combined method for patients with occlusal reconstruction, the restoration of the patients with complete dentition and improve the masticatory function, 1/3 height, improve the appearance of the restoration of its surface, also can prevent the occurrence of temporomandibular joint disease. Results： Through the column of the defect in the teeth of implant and natural teeth crown repair treatment of occlusal reconstruction for the patients, regained their lost masticatory function and aesthetic function, patients are very satisfied. Conclusion： The implant and natural teeth crown again repair the united way for patients with occlusal reconstruction can well restore masticatory function, aesthetic function and prevention of temporomandibular diseases, the clinical effect is good, it is worth to popularize.
