口腔医用冰在牙种植术后的临床应用研究

Clinical application of oral medical ice in postoperative period of dental implants

目的:本课题主要研究口腔医用冰对牙种植术后疼痛肿胀出血的影响。方法:将100例种植患者随机选择的作为研究对象,试验组和对照组各为50例。试验组患者牙种植区域放置口腔医用冰;对照组患者术后使用常规小毛巾包裹冰袋外敷;观察术后1天,2天,3天,7天后种植区域局部反应。结果:试验组患者牙种植区域使用中药制剂口腔医用冰棉卷比常规小毛巾包裹冰袋外敷伤口愈合率有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义,p<0.05;在患者舒适度显著性提高,差异有统计学意义,p<0.05;满意度显著性提高差异有统计学意义,p<0.05;由于种植临床技术的日益成熟,样本量较小,研究时间较短,在抗生素使用量增减无显著差异。结论:口腔医用冰对牙种植术后疼痛肿胀具有较好缓解作用,减少种植区域出血、术后不良反应减少、提高种植牙患者舒适度。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of oral medical ice on postoperative reactions after dental im-plants. Methods： 100 patients of the department of implantology randomly selected were invided to the intervention group and the control group, 50 cases each. In intervention group oral medical ice was lo-cated at the operative area, ice pack wrapped with small towel were used in control group. Evaluate the local reactions of operative area in 1, 2, 3 and 7 days, respectively. Results： The wound healing rate of intervention group using oral medical ice lap of Chinese native medicine preparation is significantly higher than control group useding ice pack, the difference were statistically significant（p〈0.05）, The pa-tient’s comfort level and degree of satisfaction were also improved, the difference was statistically sig-nificant（p〈0.05, p〈0.05）. Due to the much more mature technology, small sample and short period of re-search, there were no significant difference in amount of antibiotic. Conclusions： The clinical applica-tion of oral medical ice in postoperative period of dental implants could relieve postoperative reactions, reduce bleeding of operative area and postoperative adverse reactions, improve comfort level and degree of satisfaction of patients.
