摘要
从绿色化学发展要素及原子经济性要求出发,结合环氧丙烷技术现状及各技术优缺点,对其工艺物料安全性、反应条件、原子利用率以及能耗物耗、"三废"排放等进行了综合比较与分析,认为丙烯纯氧直接氧化工艺是未来绿色化学环氧丙烷工业生产的一条重要技术途径,具有广阔的工业化应用前景。
From the requirements of green chemical growing model and atomic economy, combining with the status of propylene oxide production technologies and technical merits and faults of each technology, this paper discusses the safety of feedstock, intermediate material, reaction conditions, atomic economy, material consumption, energy consumption as well as waste effluence and concludes that, the direct oxidation of propylene with pure oxygen is an important technical route of future green chemical propylene oxide production and has broad industrial application prospect.
