The Forerunner of Intelligent Ship Rules

CCS《智能船舶规范》的出台,是CCS技术能力的体现,它的出台填补了国际海事界在智能船舶方面没有规范标准的历史,将引领智能船舶向着规范化、标准化方向发展。近年来,＂智能船舶＂是业界的热门关键词之一,深受业界关注。最近,甚至有研究机构放言,几年之后无人船可能就会面世。然而,有一个现实问题横亘在业界面前,即当前尚无引领和指导＂智能船舶＂发展的《智能船舶规范》，这对行业发展极为不利。2015年12月1日，在上海举办的第18届中国国际海事会展期间，业界终于听到了一个期盼已久的重大消息。这一天，中国船级社（CCS）高调向业界发布了全球首部《智能船舶规范》。

On Sep. 1st of 2015, during the 18th Marintec China, CCS issued the first Rules for Intelligent Ships in the world, which will come into force on Mar. 1st of 2016, it is a good new for the industry.Before the Rules for Intelligent Ships of CCS, there was no definition for intelligent ships. Due to new technologies applied, enterprises and research institutions have different understandings of intelligent ships. The industry needs a basic definition from an authoritative organization to guide the industry development. To this end, CCS defined the intelligent ship in the Rules for Intelligent Ships： With technological means of intelligent sensors, communication and internet, intelligent ship can automatically sense and acquire information and data of ship, marine environment, logistics and port. Based on computer technology, automatic control technology, big data processing and analyzing tech intelligent ship realizes intelligent operation of navigation, management, maintenance nologies, in respects and cargo transportation. It is safer, more environmental friendly, economical and reliable.
