摘要
目的分析河北省新确认艾滋病感染者HIV-1 RNA基因gag区和env区亚型分布情况。方法采用巢式PCR的方法扩增gag和env基因,测定其序列,并与国际标准亚型毒株进行对比。结果河北省内HIV-1主要流行毒株为CRF01-AE,占41.5%(56/135);其次是B亚型毒株和BC重组亚型毒株,各占40.7%(55/135)和16.3%(22/135);C亚型占1.5%(2/135)。结论河北省HIV-1流行亚型日益多样化,应加强防控,特别是性传播的防控成为当务之急。
Objective To analyze the distribution of HIV-1 RNA gag and env subtypes among newly detected HIV-1 infection cases in Hebei province. Methods The HIV-1 RNA was extracted,gag region and env region of HIV-1 were amplified with Nested polymerized chain reaction( N-PCR) and sequenced,and compared with international reference strains. Results CRF01-AE was the main epidemic strains in Hebei province,accounted for 41. 5%( 56 /135),followed by B subtypeof 40. 7%( 55 /135),BC recombinant subtype of 16. 3%( 22 /135),and C subtype of 1. 5%( 2 /135) respectively. Conclusions With more and more subtypes of HIV-1 in Hebei province,it is necessary to prevent and control HIV-1 prevalence,especialy sexual transmission.
