2005-2014年绵阳市淋病流行病学分析

The analysis on the gonorrhea epidemic situation of Mianyang city from 2005 to 2014

目的了解绵阳市2005-2014年淋病疫情特征,为制定防治策略提供参考依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对绵阳市2005-2014年的淋病疫情进行分析。结果 2005-2014年绵阳市13个县市区共报告淋病病例3 646例。年报告发病率由2005年的14.92/10万下降至2014年的2.50/10万,下降了83.24%,各年度发病率比较差异有统计学意义（χ-2=1 285,P〈0.01）。报告病例数居前4位的区县是江油市、涪城区、游仙区和三台县,共2 657例,占72.87%。男性淋病报告发病数均多于女性,男女性别比2.43：1,2005年与2006年之间的男女比值比较差异有统计学意义（χ-2=4.764,P〈0.05）。各种职业均有报告,发病较多的为农民。结论绵阳市淋病疫情仍处于低流行态势,地区分布差异较大,感染人群特征多样化,需进一步加大防治工作力度。

Objective To understand the gonorrhea epidemic characteristics of Mianyang city from 2005 to 2014 and provide a scientific basis for the development of strategies for its prevention and control in the future. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analysis gonorrhea epidemic of Mianyang city from 2005 to 2014. Results The total gonorrhea patients were reported 3646 of 13 counties in Mianyang city from 2005 to 2014. The reported annual incidence rate of gonorrhea from 14. 92 /100 000 in 2005 dropped to 2. 50 /100 000 in 2014,decreased 83. 24%. The annual difference of incidence rate was statistically significant（ χ-2= 1 285,P〈0. 01）. The gonorrhea reported patients main distribution in Jiangyou city,Fucheng district,Youxian district and Santai county was 2 657 cases accounted for 72. 87% of the total. Male patients were more than female cases in recent 10 years. The gender ratio was 2. 43： 1,the difference was statistically significant（ χ-2= 4. 764,P〈0. 05） of the gender ratio from 2005-2006. The variety of occupation were reported,the higher incidence of occupation was farmer. Conclusions The gonorrhea epidemic was still in a low epidemic situation. Regional distribution of syphilis and gonorrhea epidemic was differences. The characteristics of infection population was diversification. It was needed to further strengthen the syphilis and gonorrhea prevention and treatment work.
