南通市崇川区学校医务室消毒现状调查

The investigation on the disinfection status of school dispensary in Nantong city Chongchuan district

目的了解南通市崇川区大、中学校医务室消毒现状,提出控制和改进措施,提高学校医务室医疗质量。方法对南通市崇川区11家学校(校区)进行现场调查采样和问卷调查。结果经检测,医务室空气、工作台面、医护人员手卫生合格率分别为66.67%、21.43%和61.54%;现场调查显示,洗手依从性普遍很低,正确洗手率为11.11%。结论加强对学校医务室消毒工作监管,增加人员配备,加强消毒知识培训,改善医疗设施环境,以提高医务室卫生保健水平。

Objective To understand the disinfection status of in school clinics in Nantong city Chongchuan district,provide control and improvement measures,improve the quality of medical care. Methods Totally eleven schools in Nantong city Chongchuan district were selected and investigated with the method of field sampling and questionnaires. Results The qualification rates of air,working table in dispensary and hands of medical and nursing staffs were 66. 67%,21. 43% and 61. 54% respectively. Field investigations showed that the rate of washing hands compliance was generally low,and the correct rate of the washing hands was only 11. 11%. Conclusions The supervision of the school clinic disinfection should be strengthened. Supplement the staff,strengthening training,enriching disinfectant equipment were necessary to raise the level of medical health care.
