不明原因女性不孕患者子宫内膜组织CD68/CD163巨噬细胞表达变化和临床意义

目的探讨不明原因女性不孕患者的子宫内膜组织CD68/CD163巨噬细胞的表达变化及其临床意义。方法选择不明原因女性不孕患者与具有对照条件的育龄期妇女子宫内膜,通过免疫组织化学的方法测定子宫内膜组织中CD68和CD163的表达情况,400倍下观察子宫内膜组织中的CD68和CD163巨噬细胞,随机取5个视野(双盲法),计数并且进行半定量分析。结果相比于正常育龄期妇女子宫内膜组织,CD68在不明原因不孕子宫内膜组织中的表达增加、CD163的表达降低,与正常育龄期妇女子宫内膜组织的CD68、CD163相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD68/CD163在不明原因不孕子宫内膜组织中增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不明原因女性不孕患者子宫内膜组织CD68/CD163巨噬细胞表达增高,可能是不明原因女性不孕的原因。

Objective： To investigate the expression of CD68/CD163 in endometrium of macrophages in patients with unexplained female infertility and its clinical significance. Methods： To Select unexplained female infertility patients with the control conditions of women of childbearing age endometrium, determination of the expression of CD68 and CD163 in endometrial tissue by immunohistochemical method, 400 times under the observation of endometrial tissue CD68 and CD163 macrophages, randomly selected 5 vision （double blind method） , counting and semi quantitative analysis. Results： Compared with the normal tissue of endometrium in women of childbearing age, reduce, increase the expression of CD68 in unexplained infertility and ectopic endometrial tissue in the expression of CD163, compared with the normal endometrium tissue of women of childbearing age, CD68, CD163, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） , CD68 / CD163 in the endometrium of unexplained infertility has increased, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Unexplained female infertility patients with endometrial tissue CD68 / CD163 expression in macrophages, may be unexplained cause of fernale infertility.
