不同助磨组分对矿渣助磨性能的研究

摘要 通过试验研究了各种助磨剂组分对矿渣的助磨效果和增强效果,并且建立助磨效果与助磨组分掺量之间的数学模型,验证了其合理性。试验结果表明,某些助磨剂在不同粉磨阶段的助磨效果不同。羟基硅油和丙二醇对矿渣粉的助磨效果最好,在最佳掺量下,比表面积分别增加8.89%和6.67%。DEIPA和羟基硅油可以明显提高矿渣粉各龄期的强度,增强7%~10%;丙二醇和糖蜜使矿渣粉中后期强度(7d和28d)提高10%左右,TEA对矿渣的助磨效果和增强效果都不明显,助磨剂与不同水泥存在着适应性问题。矿渣的助磨效果G与掺量x呈指数函数关系:G=P[1-e^(-λ(x-ω))]。 The grinding effect and strengthening effect of different types of grinding aids components on slag were investigated. The mathematical model of grinding effect and dosage of grinding aids components were established, and the rationality of the model was validated. The results indicated that the effect of grinding aids in different grinding stages was varied. The grinding effect of hydroxyl silicone oil and propylene glycol on slag was the best, and the specific surface area of slag would be increased by 8.89% and 6.67% respectively in the best dosage. DEIPA and hydroxyl silicone oil could significantly increase the compressive strength of slag, the compressive strength could increase 7%-10%. Propylene glycol and molasses could improve the later strength of slag (7d and 28d), it could be increased by about 10%. The grinding effect and strengthening effect of TEA on slag were not obvious. The adaptability problem between the grinding aids and the different cement was exist. Slag grinding effect of G and the dosage x was exponential relationship:G=P[1-e^(-λ(x-ω))] .
