网络游戏自问世以来,作为受众较多的新的休闲娱乐方式和新兴产业,对其进行法律规制,将社会主义核心价值观贯彻于网络游戏法律规制的全过程,既是网络游戏法律规制的目标,也是推进我国网络游戏管理与发展法制化的一项重要内容。通过梳理与网络游戏相关的各种规范性文件,分析不同时期不同规范性文件中针对网络游戏的规制内容、方法、手段以及效果等,总结我国网络游戏法律规制的发展历程并对已取得的初步成果进行归纳,为网络游戏法律规制体系的建立与完善提供重要参考。

By combing with a variety of regulatory documents related to the network games,analyzing the regulatory content,method and effect of the network games in the different periods and different normative documents,and summarizing the development of the legal regulation of online games in China,it can provide an important reference for the construction and improvement of the legal regulation system of online games.
