历史建筑的文化价值及保护问题研究——以吉林市的历史建筑为视角

Research on the Cultural Value and Protection of the Historical Buildings——In the Perspective of Historical Buildings in Jilin City

吉林市作为国家历史文化名城,保存了相当数量的历史建筑,具有极其重要的历史文化价值。文保部门采取了一系列措施对这些历史建筑进行保护,但是由于自然和人为因素的影响,历史建筑正面临着不合理的修缮、建筑性破坏以及盲目拆迁的严重威胁,保护形势十分严峻。历史建筑一旦消失,就再也无法恢复,其文化价值的损失将是无法弥补的。历史建筑保护直接关系到吉林市历史文化名城未来的发展,必须高度重视这一问题,充分借鉴国内外的先进经验,制定切实有效的保护措施,避免重蹈历史建筑"先濒危,后拯救"的覆辙。

Jilin City is a famous historical and cultural city of the nation. It preserves an amount of historical buildings which have important historical and cultural value. The department of cultural relics protection takes a series of measures to the historical buildings,because of the natural and human factors,including repairing unreasonably,destroying by building and demolition blindly,the protection of the historical buildings is very difficult.If the historical buildings disappeared,they can't be restored,and the loss of the cultural value can't be made up.The protection of the historical buildings relates to the development of Jilin City as a famous historical and cultural city.We must pay high attention to it,and learn the advanced domestic and foreign experiences. We must take effective mentions to protect the historical buildings,and avoid to repeat the condition that 'first in danger,then to save them'.
