TA4和Et MIC-2表达产物免疫后对感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)鸡增重和盲肠卵囊数的影响 被引量:13

摘要 实验用Etmic- 2和ta4两种基因的表达产物经口服、肌注免疫鸡 ,然后用柔嫩艾美耳球虫攻击免疫鸡 ,以观察重组产物的免疫保护作用。结果表明 ,免疫鸡的增重均高于红对照 ,口服两种活菌 2 0 0 μg组最佳 ,其相对增重为 96 .5 4 % ,其它组为 77.0 7%~ 90 .30 %。从盲肠卵囊数看 ,同样是口服两种活菌各 2 0 0 μg组最佳 ,相对卵囊产量为 16 .5 8% ,其它均有降低 ,为 17.72 %~ 94 .0 8%。从增重与卵囊产量来看 ,两种重组表达产物对E .tenella球虫有一定的免疫保护作用 。 Chickens are vaccinated by two expressed proteins or bacteriafrom etmic-2 and ta,.Then challenged with E.tenella.The result indicated that the weight gain of vaccinated chickens increased alngwith the content of expressed protein and bacteria compared with theunvaccinated chickens,weight gain of chickens orally given 200 μg eachliving recombinant bacteria is the best one ,is 96.54%,the otrers are 77.07%-90 03%.Oocyst production of E.tenella in vaccinated chickensdccrease,are 16.58-94.08%,cspecially 16.58% in chickens,orally giventwo 200 μg living expressed bacteria.In view of weight gain and oocyst production,Two recombinant bacteria and expressed proteins couldinduce partial protection against challenge with Eimeria tenella.
