徐福松聚精丸治疗脾肾两虚型少弱精子症76例的临床研究

Clinical Study on Mr. Xu Fusong Treating 76 Cases of Asthenospermia of Both Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney with Jujing Pill

[目的]探讨徐福松教授所创聚精丸在治疗脾肾两虚型少弱精子症中对男性精液质量及生殖功能的改善作用。[方法]将80例脾肾两虚型少弱精子症患者随机均分为2组,完成76例,中药治疗组39例(聚精丸),西药对照组37例(维生素E),治疗3个月,比较2组治疗前后精液质量、女方妊娠率及总有效率,并行统计学分析。[结果]12组患者精液量、精子密度、前向运动精子百分比、精子活力均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且中药治疗组改善作用优于西药对照组(P<0.05);2中药治疗组女方妊娠率35.9%,高于西药对照组10.8%(P=0.01);3中药治疗组总有效率94.9%,高于西药对照组70.3%(P=0.004)。[结论]聚精丸能有效改善脾肾两虚型少弱精子症患者的精液质量,通过增加精液量、提高精子密度及前向运动精子百分比、增强精子活力、升高总有效率来提升男性生殖功能。

[Objective]This research aims to evaluate the therapeutic effects of using Ju Jin Pill,invented by Professor Xu Fusong,on improving the quality of the semen as well as productivity to treat oligasthenozoospermia due to spleen and kidney deficiency. [Method] A total of 80 cases with 76 cases successful cases,using Chinese Herbal Ju Jin Pill on 39 cases and western medication Vitamin E on 37 cases,for 3 months,then compare the semen quality,pregnancy rate and total effective rate pre-and post-treatment.[Results]1) The semen volume,sperm density,forward movement sperm percentage,sperm vigor increased in both groups(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine group improves better than the western medicine group( P<0.05).2) Pregnancy rate in Chinese medicine group increased 35.9% as compared to western medicine group with an increase of 10.8%( P=0.01).3) Total effective rate was 94.9% in Chinese medicine group as compared to western medicine group with 70.3%( P=0.004). The total effective rate of using Chinese medicine was superior to western medicine. It was shown that Ju Jin Pill increased the volume of the semen and improves sperm density,enhanced forward movement sperm percentage and motility.[Conclusion]Ju Jin Pill improves the sperm quality in oligasthenozoopermia due to spleen and kidney deficiency. It is beneficial to improve male reproductive function.
