绳带疗法对偏瘫患者步态和生活质量的疗效观察

The Effect of Rope Therapy on Gait and Quality of Life of Patients with Hemiplegia

[目的]观察运用绳带疗法对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的步态和生活质量的临床疗效。[方法]60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅接受常规的康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗中的站立及平衡训练、迈步及行走等训练时加以绳带对偏瘫患者的躯干、髋、膝、踝进行捆绑,来保持整体的对称和抗重力伸展。治疗前后分别用步态参数、偏瘫患者下肢运动功能评定Fugl-Meyer量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)及改良的Barthel指数(modified Barthel index,MBI)评分进行评估。[结果]观察组患者在治疗后的步态参数、下肢的运动功能及整体的平衡较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者的MBI、下肢的Fugl-Meyer量表评分与对照组相比有显著改善(P<0.05)。[结论]应用绳带疗法可以显著提高偏瘫患者的步行能力和生活质量。

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of rope belt therapy in improving the gait and quality of life of hemiplegic patients with cerebral apoplexy. [Methods] 60 patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received only conventional rehabilitation. Observation group in the conventional rehabilitation standing and balance training, step and walking training, such as rope in patients with hemiplegia bound trunk, hip, knee, ankle, to maintain the overall symmetric and anti gravity stretch. The fugl-meyer scale, the balance scale(Berg) and the improved Barthel index score were evaluated by gait parameters and lower limb motion function of hemiplegic patients before and after treatment.[Results] The gait parameters, movement function and overall balance of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment, the scores of MBI and lower limb fugl-meyer scale were significantly improved compared with the control group( P <0.05).[Conclusion] The application of rope therapy can significantly improve the walking ability and quality of life of hemiplegic patients.
