Professor HE Yingchun's Experience in Treating Six Depressions

[目的]总结继承何迎春教授治疗六郁的临床经验。[方法]通过长期跟师门诊抄方、教学面授、整理分析病例等方法,归纳总结何迎春教授对六郁的病机认识及临床治疗中用药特色,并结合验案以佐证。[结果]何迎春教授认为气郁为先导,痰湿、火热夹杂,尤擅治气郁、痰郁、湿郁、火郁。在临床辨证时,结合舌脉,判断患者体内郁结所在。所举验案中气郁者疏之,治以柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤;血郁者通之,治以血府逐瘀汤;湿郁者化之,治以五苓散合五皮饮;痰郁者祛之,治以半夏厚朴汤;火郁者散之,治以升阳散火汤;食郁者下之,治以枳术汤。加减灵活,化裁得当,所举验案均获得较好效果。[结论]何迎春教授对六郁有自己独特的认识及经验,辨证治之,屡获良效,值得医者借鉴。

[Objective]To conclude and inherit Professor HE Yingchun’s clinical academic experience of six depressions.[Methods]Through long-term outpatient parties,the teaching method of face-to-face,and clinically reading large number of cases to generalize the characteristic,pathogenesis and treatment of six depressions was generalized.And six cases were presented.[Results]Professor HE holds the view that Qi is as the lead,phlegm-damp and fire-heat are mixed,and adept at healing depression of Qi,phlegm,damp and fire.She judges the patient’s internal depression through tongue pulse condition.The case with Qi depression was treated with Caihu and Longgu Muli decoction to disperse Qi;the case with blood depression was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction to remove blood stagnate;the case with damp depression was treated with Wuling powder and Wupi drink to resolve dampness;the case with phlegm depression was treated with Banxia Houpu decoction to eliminate phlegm;the case with fire depression was treated with Shengyang Sanhuo decoction to slake fire;the case with food depression was treated with Zhizhu decoction to dredge intestines.All the cases achieved good results.[Conclusion]Professor HE has her own unique understanding and experience of six depressions.Her experience is effective and worthy of inheritance and promotion.
