“体质辨识”结合“对穴”治疗痤疮经验分享

Experience Sharing about "Physical Identification" Combined with "Double Acupoints" For the Treatment of Acne

[目的]探讨莫晓枫将"体质辨识"与"对穴"相结合治疗痤疮的临床经验。[方法]通过学习莫师对于"体质辨识"及"对穴"理论的认识,收集整理莫师治疗痤疮的医案,总结莫师在治疗痤疮时的临床经验,并以临床典型病例加以佐证。[结果]莫师认为痤疮的治疗不可脱离患者自身的体质。不同体质的患者易患不同证型的痤疮,由于患者体质的不同,不同证型的痤疮又会有不同的独特表现。在辨识患者体质的基础上,针对不同体质的调节,莫师则采用"对穴"针刺之法。治病求本,取得了较好的疗效。所列举医案具体展示了上述莫师的诊疗方法。[结论]莫晓枫运用"体质辨识"理论辨别患者体质、再通过"对穴"针刺之法对患者的体质进行调节、从而治疗痤疮的诊疗思路,值得医者借鉴和推广。

[Objective]To explore the clinical experience of MO Xiaofeng in treating acne with'physical identification'and'double acupoints'.[Methods]By learning MO’s understanding of'physical identification'and'double acupoints'theory,collect and organize the medical treatment of acne,summarize the clinical experience of MO in the treatment of acne,and prove it with typical clinical cases.[Results]MO believes that the treatment of acne cannot be separated from the patient’s own constitution.Different physique patients are prone to different types of acne.Due to different physiques,different types of acne have different unique manifestations.On the basis of identifying the patient’s physique,for the adjustment of different physiques,MO used the'double acupoints'.[Conclusion]MO Xiaofeng used the theory of'physical identification'and applied the'double acupoints'acupuncture on the constitutional adjustment to treat acne,it is worthy of reference and promotion by doctors.
