《针灸大成》然谷穴临床应用规律探析

Exploration of Clinically Application Law of Rangu point in “Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”

[目的]研究《针灸大成》中然谷穴相关条文记载,总结其定位、临床应用及配穴规律,探讨然谷穴法古今临床应用规律。[方法]运用中医文献学的研究方法,对《针灸大成》中有关然谷穴的记载进行整理,从然谷穴的腧穴定位、刺灸方法、临床应用、配穴规律等方面进行讨论分析,并进行归纳总结。[结果]然谷穴位于足内踝前,足舟骨粗隆下陷中;穴性为足少阴肾经荥穴,可针、可灸、可刺血操作;临床广泛应用于治疗内、外科、肢体经络、五官病证及妇科疾病;组方上多为配穴使用,多配伍足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经、足厥阴肝经之腧穴。[结论]总结归纳《针灸大成》中然谷穴的定位、穴性、刺灸法操作及临床应用规律,对然谷穴的现代临床应用具有参考价值。

[Objective]To explore the ancient and modern clinical application of Rangu point method by means of studying the records of Rangu point(KI2)in'Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion',and summarize its location,clinical application and regularity of acupoint allocation.[Methods]By the TCM of philology research method,the records of Rangu point(KI2)in'Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion'were sorted out and analyzed from the aspects of acupoint location,the method of needling and moxibustion,the clinical application and the regularity of acupoint allocation.[Results]The location of Rangu point is in front of the medial malleolus and the trochanter.Acupoint characters are related to the spring point of the kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin,which can be needled,moxibusted and pricked with blood.It is widely used in treatment of internal,surgery,limb meridians and gynecological diseases.The prescription features are that Rangu point is mostly used in combination with points of the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang,the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin and the liver meridian of foot Jueyin.[Conclusion]Summary and induction of the acupoint location,the method of needling and moxibustion,and clinical application of Rangu point in'Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion'is of reference significance for modern clinical application of Rangu point.
