范永升教授运用黄芪桂枝五物法治疗风湿病学术经验

National Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioner Professor FAN Yong sheng’s Academic Experience in Treating Rheumatism with the Method of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu

[目的]总结全国名中医范永升教授运用黄芪桂枝五物法治疗风湿病学术经验。[方法]通过跟诊学习、整理和分析范永升教授应用黄芪桂枝五物汤为基本方的临床医案总结范永升教授运用黄芪桂枝五物法治疗风湿病学术经验。[结果]范永升教授运用黄芪桂枝五物法治疗多种风湿病(系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、硬皮病、干燥综合征等),取黄芪桂枝五物汤益气温经通阳法,临床又根据实际情况灵活变通应用桂枝与白芍的用量及比例,桂枝用量多在6-12g之间,芍药用量多为30g,桂枝与芍药的比例为2:5~1:5,白芍用量多倍于桂枝。[结论]范永升教授运用黄芪桂枝五物法治疗风湿病首先体现了益气温阳、扶正固本的学术思想;同时将仲景'观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之'的原则灵活应用于风湿病的临床,体现了圆机活法的学术思想;再次衷中参西,将现代医学的研究成果为我所用,体现了博采众长、与时俱进的学术胸襟。

[Objective]To summarize the academic experience of famous Chinese medicine Professor FAN Yongsheng in treating rheumatism with the method of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu.[Method]Through studying,sorting out and analyzing the clinical cases of Professor FAN application of Huangqi Guizhu Wuwu decoction as the basic formula,the academic experience of Professor FAN Yongsheng’s application of Huangqi Guizhu Wuwu method was summarized.[Result]Professor FAN uses Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu treatments for a variety of rheumatism and miscellaneous disease(systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,scleroderma,sjogren’s syndrome,etc.),taking astragalus cassia twig Wuwu’s Yiqi Tongyang method,clinical and flexible application of cassia twig according to actual condition and the dosage of radix paeoniae alba and ratio,dosage of cassia twig between 6 and 12 g,peony amount to 30 g,cassia twig and the proportion of peony as 2:5~1:5,dosage of radix paeoniae alba many times the cassia twig.[Conclusion]Professor FAN Yongsheng’s application of method of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu treating rheumatism firstly reflects the academic thought of benefiting the Qi and Yang and strengthening the health and the foundation.Secondly,the principle of'observing its pulse syndrome,knowing what’s wrong,with the syndrome treatment'was applied to the clinical treatment of rheumatism,which embodied the academic thought of circular mechanism method.Once again,Professor FAN took western medicine as his reference and applied the research achievements of modern medicine to application,which reflects the academic mind of embracing all kinds of rivers and keeping pace with the times.
