徐志瑛治疗咳嗽四季用药规律分析研究

Medication Analysis of Professor XU Zhiying in the Treatment of Cough in Four Seasons

[目的]探索徐志瑛治疗咳嗽的四季用药规律。[方法]从预先建立的徐志瑛医案数据库调取2014年1月到2015年12月中医诊断病名为咳嗽的病案,按四季节气分别提取患者的处方信息,导入Excel中对处方药物进行频次计数和对比分析;运用SPSS modeler 18对数据预处理后,分别对四季高频药物运用图形中的网络图观察高频药物之间的关联关系。[结果]药物统计发现,四季用药频次前4种均为金荞麦、米仁、桑白皮、炒黄芩,其后则有所差异。运用网络图对四季高频药物观察发现,主要以桃仁、射干、寒水石、地肤子、冬瓜子、苏梗等利咽排痰之品为核心药物,同时四季不同又有变化,如春季多用化湿开窍,夏季多用清热生津,秋季多用润燥健脾,冬季多用清肺祛痰、温肾养肝。[结论]徐志瑛在四季均注重从痰论治咳嗽,以桃仁、射干、寒水石、地肤子、冬瓜子、苏梗等为核心药物。同时不同季节各有侧重,在习用药物上亦有所差异。

[Objective]To explore the medication rules of XU Zhiying’s treating cough in four seasons.[Method]From the pre-established database of XU Zhiying’s medical records,the cases of cough diagnosed by TCM from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected,and the prescription information of patients was extracted according to the four seasons,then the prescription drugs were frequency-counted and comparatively analyzed by Excel.The data were pretreated by SPSS modeler 18,to observe the association between high-frequency drugs in the network diagram.[Results]The top four traditional Chinese medicines of the highest frequency were golden buckwheat rhizome,coix seed,white mulberry root-bark and stir-fried baical skullcap root,then there were differences.From the network diagram,it was found that the core medicines were peach seed,blackberry lily rhizome,Calcitum,belvedere fruit,waxgourd seed,perilla stem,sappan wood,Chinese honeylocust spine,Os Constaziae,thunberbg fritillary bulb and platycodon root.Meanwhile,it will be changed according to different seasons.[Conclusion]XU Zhiying pays attention to the treatment of phlegm in the four seasons.Peach seed,blackberry lily rhizome,Calcitum,belvedere fruit,waxgourd seed,perilla stem,sappan wood,Chinese honeylocust spine,Os Constaziae,thunberbg fritillary bulb and platycodon root are the core drugs.At the same time,there is different emphasis in different seasons,and there are also differences in customary medicines.
