从现代筋膜研究的视角诠释姚新苗名中医“以筋为主”“理筋为先”学术思想

Interpretation of YAO Xinmiao’s Academic Thought about Jing-theory from the Perspective of Modern Fascia Research

[目的]从现代筋膜研究的角度进一步阐述浙江省国医名师姚新苗教授'以筋为主''理筋为先'的学术思想,以期更好地传承与创新。[方法]回顾与整理该学术思想及现代筋膜研究的相关文献,进行理论分析与演绎,通过筋膜是遍及全身的网络系统、筋膜在运动中的作用、骨骼只是'漂浮在张力的海洋中'三个方面,阐述'以筋为主''理筋为先'学术思想的先进性与适用性。[结果]'筋'与'骨'同属于结缔组织,共同发挥着人体的'塑形'功能,而筋膜(含肌腱、韧带)由于与骨骼肌之间具有互相协同作用,以及其所构成的全身网络系统,使得'筋'在人体运动及塑形中所发挥的作用更为突出;同时,筋膜具有丰富的感受器,起着传递力学信号的作用,并为功能细胞的再生提供细胞储备和支持作用;中医治疗技术可以通过干预筋膜而发挥作用,'以筋为主''理筋为先'学术思想,正是基于对各类筋组织的属性及功能更深刻认知下,对'筋骨并重'原则的进一步升华。[结论]姚新苗教授'以筋为主''理筋为先'学术思想与现代筋膜研究相暗合,同时筋膜亦是中医经络现代研究的一个重要方向。

[Purpose]To further elaborate the academic thoughts of Professor YAO Xinmiao’s Jing-theory from the perspective of modern fascia research,who is a famous doctor of Zhejiang traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better inherit and innovate.[Method]By reviewing and collating the relevant literature of the academic thought and modern fascia research,conducting theoretical analysis and deduction,through three aspects:The fascia is the network system throughout the body,the role of the fascia in motion,and the bones are only'floating in tension'in the ocean,it explains the advancement and applicability of Jing-theory.[Result]Ribs and bones belong to the connective tissue and play the role of the human body’s'shaping'function.The fascia including the tendon and ligament,has synergy with the skeletal muscle and the whole body network system.The role of'gluten'in the movement and shaping of the human body is more prominent;at the same time,the fascia has abundant receptors,plays the role of transmitting mechanical signals,and provides cell reserve and support for the regeneration of functional cells;traditional Chinese medicine treatment can play a role by interfering with the fascia.Jing-theory is based on the deeper understanding of the properties and functions of various types of gluten tissue,and further sublimation of the principle of'Jingu Binzhong-theory'.[Conclusion]The academic thoughts of Professor YAO Xinmiao’s Jing-theory coincides with modern fascia research,and the fascia is also an important direction of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine meridians.
