Professor SONG Xinwei’s Experience in Treating Sjogren’s Syndrome by Nourishing Yin and Relieving Depression and Tranquility

[目的]介绍宋欣伟教授治疗干燥综合征的学术观点及临床经验。[方法]通过跟随宋欣伟教授临诊,记录相关医案,从病因病机、治法方药等方面分析并总结宋欣伟教授诊治干燥综合征的学术观点及临床经验,并例举验案加以佐证。[结果]宋欣伟教授认为干燥综合征的基本病机为阴虚津伤,阴虚为本,燥热为标,滋阴润燥乃其治疗大法。临床上常合并郁证,宜从肝论治,养阴柔肝,疏肝解郁。阴亏燥热使元神受损,症状敏感难愈,治疗应注重安神养心,从神论治。燥痹临床症候变化多端,治疗绝不应拘泥于养阴润燥,病久亦会出现虚、瘀、毒等征象,需强调辨证论治。所举验案,患者以'反复口眼干燥、咽部不适2年余'就诊,诊为'干燥综合征',治以养阴清安神、清热止咳,症状明显缓解。停服中药,疾病无复发加重。[结论]宋欣伟教授治疗干燥综合征的学术观点及临床经验为临床提供了新的治疗思路,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To analyze SONG Xinwei’s academic ideas and clinical experience in treating Sjogren’s syndrome.[Method]By following Professor SONG Xinwei’s clinic and recording related medical cases.It analyzes and summarizes his academic ideas and clinical experience on treating Sjogren’s syndrome from etiology,pathogenesis,therapy and prescription,tested with medical cases.[Result]Professor SONG Xinwei believes that the basic pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome is Yin deficiency and Jin injury,Yin deficiency is the fundamental,heat is the mark.Nourishing Yin and moistening dryness is the main treatment.Depression syndrome is often combined clinically,appropriate from the liver treatment,nourishing Yin to soften liver,soothing liver to relieve depression.Yin deficit heat makes Yuanshen damage,symptoms sensitive difficult to heal,treatment should pay attention to calming the mind,from the treatment of mind.Clinical symptoms of dryness arthralgia vary,treatment should not be confined to nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,long illness will also appear deficiency,blood stasis,toxicity and other signs,we need to emphasize syndrome differentiation for treatment.[Conclusion]Professor SONG Xinwei’s idea and clinical experience in treating Sjogren’s syndrome provide new treatment ideas which make significant clinical effect and worthy promotion.
