砥砺前行,开拓创新——浙江中医药大学近十年科技工作探讨

Forging ahead, Pioneering and Innovating——A Discussion on the Scientific and Technological Work of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in the Past Ten Years

[目的]通过整理相关数据,对浙江中医药大学近十年科技工作汇总分析,总结经验,展望未来。[方法]根据历年学校年鉴、相关部门总结进行梳理,结合科研管理系统数据,对科研创新平台,科研项目数量及经费,科技奖励及专利、论文等成果汇总整理。[结果]学校近10年来,在科技工作上取得了长足的进步,科技实力显著增强。省级以上科研平台达27个,科研项目数、科研经费、论文等成果成倍数增长,通过召开国内、国际会议,体现了学校的综合实力。同时,从管理角度分析了科技体制机制改革、信息化建设等工作的卓有成效,在提升全校科技水平中发挥的作用。[结论]当前是中医药振兴的最好时机。在这个机遇与挑战并存的时代,学校必须求真务实,开拓创新。坚持发展特色优势,在科研体制机制建设、创新科研管理水平、多学科协作等方面持续提升,力争建设成为处于全国同类院校前列的高水平教学研究型大学。

[Objective]To summarize the scientific and technological related work in the past 10 years in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University through sorting and analyzing relevant data.[Method]Based on the university annals,summaries of relevant departments,as well as data from the scientific research management system,the research innovation platform,the number and funds of scientific research projects,scientific and technological awards,patents,scientific publication and other achievements were analyzed.[Result]In the past 10 years,our university has made great progress in scientific and technological output,and its scientific and technological strength has been greatly enhanced.There are 27 scientific research platforms at or above the provincial level,and the number of scientific research projects,research grants and funding,scientific publications as well as other achievements have been multiplied.The comprehensive strength of the university has been demonstrated by convening domestic and international conferences.Meanwhile,from the management point of view,this study analyzes the fruitful work of the reform of scientific and technological system and mechanism,and the construction of information technology,which plays an important role in improving the scientific and technological level of the university.[Conclusion]It is the best time for the revitalization of traditional Chinese medicine.In this era of coexistence of opportunities and challenges,our university must be realistic and pragmatic,pioneering and innovative.We should adhere to the development of characteristic advantages,continuously improve the level of scientific research system and mechanism,innovative scientific research management,and multi-disciplinary cooperation,and strive to build a high-level teaching and research university in the forefront of similar universities in the country.
