非索非那定联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Efficacy of Fexofenadine Combined with BCG-PSN in Patients with Chronic Urticaria

目的:观察非索非那定片联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法:60例慢性荨麻疹患者按入院顺序分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予非索非那定片60 mg,po,bid。观察组患者在此基础上加用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液2ml,im,qod。所有患者疗程均为3个月。根据疗效指数评定疗效,观察两组患者药品不良反应状况。结果:观察组总有效率为63.33%,显著高于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者积分值均较前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者积分值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者药品不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非索非那定联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹,疗效较好,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and salary of fexofenadine tablets combined with BCG-PSN injection in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria. Methods ： Totally 60 cases of patients with chronic urticaria were divided into the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases） according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with fexofenadine tat^- lets 60 mg,po,tid, and the observation group was treated with BCG-PSN injection 2ml,im,qed additionally. All the patients were treated for 3 months. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated according to the results of efficacy index. The adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results： The overall response rate of the observation group （63.33%） was significantly higher than that （33.33%） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the integral value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients in the two groups had mild adverse reactions without significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Fexofenadine tablets combined with BCG-PSN injection in the treatment of chronic urticaria patients is effective with fewer adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate, which is worthy of wide use.
