信息化技术在门诊预配排队取药系统流程改造中的应用

Application of Information Technology in Process Reformation for Pre Distribution Lining Dispensing System in Outpatient Pharmacy

目的:对门诊药房取药流程进行优化改造,提高患者就诊满意度、促进临床用药安全。方法:运用信息化技术并结合实际,对取药流程各个环节进行优化改造,并不断完善。结果:与呼叫取药系统相比,差错率降低、患者等候取药时间缩短、工作效率提高。结论:预配排队取药系统大大提高了患者就诊满意度和用药安全性。

Objective ： To optimize and reform the dispensing process in outpatient pharmacy to improve the satisfaction of patients and the clinical medication safety. Methods： The information technology combined with the practice was used to optimize and improve every iink in the dispensing process. Results： Compared with the call for medicine system, the error rate was reduced, the waiting time of patients was shortened, and the work efficiency was improved. Conclusion： The pre distribution lining dispensing system can greatly improve satisfaction of patients and safety of medication.
