摘要
目的:分析与比较玫瑰花和月季花挥发油的化学成分,为两者的鉴别及质量控制提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气质联用技术进行挥发油成分分析。通过计算机质谱谱图数据库进行检索,确定挥发油化合物组成,并采用面积归一法计算化合物组分的相对百分含量。结果:河南新安产地的玫瑰花和月季花挥发油平均得率分别为0.042%和0.038%。两者鉴定出的化学成分分别为22个和21个,其中共有的化学组分有6个。结论:两者挥发油成分既具有明显相似性,也存在差异。利用气质联用能较好地判断两者挥发油组分的异同,能为两者的鉴别提供参考。
Objective: To analyze and compare the constituents of volatile oil fromflos rosae sinensis andflos rosae rugosae to provide the experimental evidence for the identification and quality control of the two herbs. Methods: The volatile oil of the two herbs was extracted by steam distillation. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was employed to analyze the volatile oil. The chemical constitutes in the volatile oil were identified by MS database search, and the amount of each constitute was calculated by area normalization method. Results: The content of volatile oil extracted fromflos rosae sinensis andflos rosae rugosae in Henan Xin' an was 0.042% and 0.038%, respectively. Totally 22 and 21 constitutes were identified, and 6 of them were common. Conclusion: The volatile oil from the two herbs is obviously similar. GC-MS can determine the similarities and differences among the components in volatile oil, which can provide reference for the identification of them.
