摘要
天脊集团化肥厂复肥干线屋顶的腐蚀状况在国内实属罕见。在重点分析腐蚀机理、可靠性鉴定的基础上 ,采用轻钢加层方案解决屋顶防腐的问题。工程实践证明 ,该方案能够取得良好效果 ,值得推广应用。
The corrosive situation of compound fertilizer mai line roof in fertilizer plant of TianJi group is rare. Based on corrosive mechanism analysis and reliability appraisement, author adopts plan for adding new floor with light steel to solve roof corrosion problems. And the project practice proves that the plan can achieve better effect. It is worthy of being spread and applied.
