摘要
文中提出了一种微型半导体激光器和光电探测器混合激光阵列器件 ,采用MOEMS(微光机电系统 )技术进行集成 ,基于该阵列器件的激光通信系统具有结构简单 ,体积小 ,可自动跟踪目标实现移动通信的特点。并具体设计制作了完整样机 ,讨论了基于此器件的自动应答激光通信系统的结构和工作原理。实验研究表明
A micro laser array integrating laser diodes and photodiodes is presented in the paper.The array is integrated with MOEMS technology.Using this array,the structure of laser communication system can become very simple and small,with the function of automatically tracking mobile laser communication target.A real array is made according to the design in this paper,and the principle of the auto responding laser communication system based on this array is studied.The experiments show that the array can work properly and meet the design functions for mobile laser communication system.
