MRP在建筑施工的物资管理中的应用

Application of MRP in Material Management of Building Construction

根据物料需求计划MRP的逻辑流程图 ,提出了将MRP引入到建筑施工的物资管理中的 3个前提条件 :施工项目的工期计划 ;施工中将用到的所有物资的清单 (BOM) ;施工单位现有库存。并且采用网络计划方法和数据库编程生成了施工项目的工期计划 ,以施工活动为单位存储物料 ,获得了项目的物料清单 (BOM) ;及时与仓库管理部门联系 ,获取最新的库存信息 ,最终用MRP解决了建筑施工中物料需求计划的制定问题。

On the base of the logic flow chart of the building construction's material request plan,the three prerequisites are given for MRP being introduced into building construction:the construction item's project schedule,the listing of the materials that will be used in the construction item and the information of the current stock in the construction unit must be gained. The prerequisites are also solved: the construction item's project schedule is made through network planning technology and database's programming; the listing of the materials is memorized according to the construction act; the up_to_date storage information can be gained by contacting to the storehouse's management department in time. Finally, the material request plan is drafted by the method of MRP.
