应用于ICP-AES激光气化固体进样的系统

摘要 激光气化固体进样系统的研究是目前国际上ICPAES领域的前沿课题.本文研究了Nd∶YAG电光调Q和声光调Q脉冲激光气化固体进样的方法,自行设计一种新型的可作XY轴双向扫描的样品室,采样具有均匀性和代表性.所研制的进样系统能与国内外已有的ICP仪器配用,具有制样简捷的特点,减免了ICPAES分析要进行化学前处理的繁杂过程.该系统应用于ICPAES固体粉末样品如地质样品中多元素的分析,测量精度好,准确性高,基体效应小,特别适用于难熔难气化元素如Zr等分析. The research of Laser ablation solid sampling systems is still a forward problem in the field of ICP AES,recently.In this paper,both Nd∶YAG electric and acoustic optic Q switching for pulse laser ablation solid sampling method are investigated.A new type of sampling chamber which can be scanned in both direction along X Y axis is designed,uniform and representative results for sampling are be obtained also.This sampling system developed by us can be equipped for use with all types of ICP atomic emission spectrometer,and has simple and direct characteristic for sampling. The system applied to ICP AES for multielements analysis in solid powdered samples,such as geological samples can gain satisfactory results.It also shows that the precision is better,accuracy is high,detection limits is low,matrix effect is small.This system is suitable for refractory material and analysis of those elements difficult to vaporize, such as Zr, etc.
