摘要
提出一种组合曲面加工无干涉刀具轨迹的生成算法.组合曲面是一组在拓扑上互不相关的曲面元素集合.组合曲面加工中存在2种干涉:一种是曲面元素自身的干涉;另一种是曲面元素间的干涉.算法对这2种干涉统一处理,首先将组合曲面三角化,形成多面体模型;然后由三角形多面体模型生成刀具轨迹.基于交线的三角化过程和干涉区域的缩小判断,使得算法稳定、快速.最后给出其应用实例.
An algorithm is presented for generating interference free tool paths in NC machining of compound surfaces. A collection of topologically unrelated surface elements is often called a compound surface. The algorithm removes unifiedly two kinds of interference, one is that within a surface element and the other is that between surface elements. The implementing process is that a polyhedron is obtained from compound surfaces by triangulation, and tool paths are then generated from the polyhedron. It is both triangulating process based on intersection and reducing judgment of interference region that make the algorithm reliable and quick. At last, some applications are given.
