摘要
介绍了在SDJ 15 0皮带输送机中间加长皮带后增设一套辅助驱动装置的原因 ,阐述了总体设计方案是利用原有库存设备进行设计改造、计算分析和驱动机驱动能力校核的 ,指出改造后实际运转情况和经济效益良好。
The reasons of adding auxiliary driven fixture after lengthening belt in the middle of SDJ150 belt conveyor are introduced in this paper. General design plan is in detail introduced. It involve applying old reserve equipments, carrying out design and reconstruction, calculating and analyzing, checking driven capacity of driven fixtures and so on. After reconstruction the actual running situation and good economy benefit is also given.
